Eat Your Art Out.

Had so much fun at the Art auction show, the Derby girls did such an amazing job putting the whole thing together, and giving the whole show a Carnival feel. I was so excited to attend, It gave me a good excuse to visit Hollywood (ma hood), also, it gave me a chance to make a mini TOP HAT! Retail price for a mini top hat, $22+, hand made by me $15 for two mini HATS!

SOLD!  Miss Dixie has a new home.

Turned in my piece for the "Eat Your Art Out"  auction show put together by the Angel City Derby Girls. I decided to do the three legged lady, felt kinda freaky adding that extra leg, but overall had lots of fun working on this particular piece.  I will miss you Miss Dixie.

This year Im dedicating my Christmas card to a special  ballerina, Susan Faith Raggio, who loved "The Nutcracker" and everything about Christmas.

I'm working on a piece for an upcoming Art Auction Show, thats curated by a group of tough Derby ladies , I'm so exited to help the girls out. The theme of the show is 1900s Carnival....so far I think I might go w/ the mermaids woahhhh!

GPK Art Show

I was invited to participate in Gallery 1988's Garbage Pail Kids Show! Artists were asked to choose a vintage GPK card and redesign it in their own style. I chose Fishy Phyllis! Looking forward to seeing what the other artists picked.
